What the website collects

The site has no forms, accounts or logins, and does not ask you to enter personal information. It is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses for security and operation.

The site uses the Google Ads tag to measure when visitors click to call, click to email, or download a document. Google may set cookies and collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings or Google's ad settings.

Videos on the site are embedded from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) and Vimeo. Those services may collect information when you play a video, under their own privacy policies.

Information you send us

If you email or call, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to share about your matter, including photographs and documents. We use it only to respond to you, run a conflict check, and carry out any work you retain us for. We do not sell, rent or trade it. Case materials are kept confidential and are shared only with the people working on your matter, with counsel, or as required by law or a court.

Retention

Records of engagements and case materials are kept as long as needed for the matter and for legal and professional record-keeping.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to any legal obligation to keep it. California residents may have additional rights under California law.
